We have an Exchange Only return policy exclusive to Domestic shipments within 30 days of purchase date and do not include the following: Face masks, perishable goods, washed/worn items, unsealed items, or vinyl/CDs that have been opened. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Any items listed with a "Preorder" badge will ship as outlined in their product description. While this is commonly very close to the album's release date, pending on the shipping window listed and your location, you may not receive your preorder until after the album release date. All additional items purchased alongside a Preorder item, will will ship complete at the time outlined in the preorder item's product description.
Made to Order
For any items listed with a "Made to Order" badge, please allow 7-10 days processing time, plus transit. These items are custom printed one at a time, just for your order. Due to the custom nature of this process we cannot offer returns/exchanges on these items. All additional items purchased alongside a Made to Order item, will ship complete after the 7-10 day processing time.
Vinyl & Posters
We guarantee that all items are boxed up in perfect condition at the time they are packed. Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for, minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit. This includes: vinyl with dinged corners, seam splits, bent jackets, etc. We ship our vinyl and posters in specially made boxes and tubes designed to keep these items safe however, sometimes damages still occur during transit. Consider adding Route at checkout for complete package protection.
